Learning Conferences 

Our learning conferences will be on Thursday, November 27, from 4:15 – 7:45 PM, and Friday, November 28, from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM. The booking system will be opening next week in advance of the conferences, so please watch for future updates.

School Council Meeting (November 20th, 2025)

Our next Parent Council meeting will take place on Thursday, November 20th at 6:30 PM. Whether you’re a returning member or joining us for the first time, your voice and expertise make a difference. School Council is a great opportunity to build community, share perspectives, and help shape learning experiences for all students at OHS. The meeting will be in hybrid format. Bullying Awareness Week (November 17–21, 2025)

Bullying Awareness Week (November 17 to 21, 2025) takes place during the third full week of November and serves as an important reminder to learn about bullying, understand its impact, and stand together against it. Bullying is not simply a disagreement — it is a relationship problem rooted in an imbalance of power, which can make it very difficult to resolve alone. Whether it occurs at school, at work, at home, or in the community, no one should feel they have to face it without support. During Anti-Bullying Week, we invite everyone to reflect on their actions, reflect on the 3 Pillars of Care, speak up for what is right, and commit to choosing respect in every interaction. By modeling healthy relationships and caring for one another, we can create learning environments, workplaces, homes, and communities where bullying has no place.

Weather Reminder!
The colder weather has arrived. Please make sure your child comes to school dressed for outdoor play: coat, hat, mittens, boots, and snow pants. We go outside every day (unless the temperature hits extreme cold guidelines), so being prepared keeps everyone warm, dry, and ready to learn. Thanks for helping keep our students cozy!
