Remembrance Day Assembly

Thank you to all the families who joined us for today’s Remembrance Day assembly. We’re especially proud of our Grade 5 students for their thoughtful hosting and meaningful contributions. Your presence and support help reinforce the importance of honouring those who have served. As we approach November 11, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect and recognize the significance of this day in their own way.

Fall Break

With CBE’s fall break beginning today, we wish all our families a restful and enjoyable time away. We look forward to welcoming students back to school on Thursday, November 13, refreshed and ready for the weeks ahead. Enjoy the break!

Photo Day!

Just a heads-up that school photo day is coming up on Thursday, November 13… the very first day back after fall break. So while you're enjoying the time off, don’t forget to plan those picture-day outfits! We promise the cameras will be kinder than the alarm clocks that morning. Looking forward to seeing everyone back, smiling and (hopefully) well-rested!

Learning Conferences 

Our learning conferences will be on Thursday, November 27, from 4:15 – 7:45 PM, and Friday, November 28, from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM. The booking system will be opening in advance of the conferences, so please watch for future updates.
Weather Reminder!
The colder weather has arrived. Please make sure your child comes to school dressed for outdoor play: coat, hat, mittens, boots, and snow pants. We go outside every day (unless the temperature hits extreme cold guidelines), so being prepared keeps everyone warm, dry, and ready to learn. Thanks for helping keep our students cozy!
