SOGO Adventure Running in PE

A big Thank You to the volunteers who came to help students be successful at Adventure Running this week! We couldn’t have done it without you. The students had a great time running while using navigating skills in speed and endurance adventures.

Jacket Racket

Our school office is accepting Jacket Racket donations until November 6. Gently used items we will be collecting are: winter jackets, snowpants, winter boots, hats and mitts. We kindly ask that donated items be washed and in good condition. If you are able to donate to Jacket Racket, and to those who have donated already, Thank You!

OHS Playmakers Challenge: We’re Halfway There! 🎉

This October, OHS students have the exciting opportunity to become OHS Playmakers and help bring our new playground one step closer to reality! There’s still time this October to collect bottles, tackle extra chores, save spare change, get creative, and ask family and friends to support our new playground.

Imagine the impact if every child raised just $20 — we’d raise over $9,000 for OHS Play! Every dollar brings us closer to a more accessible, inclusive and fun playground for everyone. Keep the momentum going! There’s still time to win Principal for the Afternoon or a pizza party for the top fundraising class!

How to Donate

Ready to play your part? Visit https://ohsplay.ca/ohs-playmakers-challenge-ready-set-play/ for details and online donations.
